Nourishing Soup

 

Feel the goodness and benefit to your body with this delicious and nourishing soup! Especially soothing when tired, stressed, or sick with cold or flu. Is antifungal too!
 

2-3 x Whole garlic cloves

1 x Large onion

1 x Tablespoon of yeast free vegetable stock

2 x Litres of water

1 x Cucumber

2 x Stalks of Celery

1 x Cup of finely sliced cabbage

2 x Tablespoons of fresh coriander

2 x tablespoons of grated fresh ginger

Sea Salt to taste

 

Lightly fry with a little olive oil the chopped garlic and onion.

Add vegetable stock and other diced vegetables and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add fresh ginger and coriander, plus salt to taste.
