Elimination Diet - Quick Update

As I've got a number of people / new clients interested in my elimination diet, I thought I should do a quick update. It's great to hear people can't wait to hear how I am going and find it interesting as they have been on really strict diets themselves. So far it's been going great , just eliminating the 3 items: soy , wheat and eggs. I am finding it really easy and do-able now and would like to report my success on Monday the 28th upon completion (Easter long weekend). Yours in health, Maria X
