Cheesy Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS
2 heads of kale torn into large pieces
4 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon nutritional yeast
sea salt and pepper

Toss kale with oil and season with nutritional yeast and sea salt. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 300º or until crispy – being careful not to burn.
