A pinch of mint crushed in Mortal & Pestal
Juice of 1/2 Lime or Lemon
A good chunk of ginger crushed in garlic press (just the juice of the ginger)
Sparkling Water
Ice
You may like a dash of a good quality raw honey to sweeten.
