21 Day Elimination Challenge - DAY 1

With the festive season well behind us, it’s time to start focusing on health again and now is an ideal time to do a detox. Today is DAY 1 of my 21 day elimination diet.

For the next 21 days I will not consume any wheat, dairy, soy, corn and alcohol and then reintroduce them one at a time to learn how the body is reacting to certain foods.

We all need to make an opportunity to clear out our systems and prepare the body for the rest of this awesome year ahead. Your body has numerous complex mechanisms to eliminate toxins, which are constantly under pressure. We depend on our health to be good so we can do our daily lives with ease, if you're not feeling 100%, you may be constipated or fatigued or not sleeping so good, whatever the symptom clearing out the toxins via a simple detox will definitely help you feel better, we have numerous easy to follow guided programs.

A detox is easy, but it is important that it is undertaken in the right manner. There are steps and process's that should be followed so you do not have a healing crisis. Remember Detox is not a dirty word, it is in fact the future of staying healthy. If you have never done a detox before then it's definitely time for you to learn how (please note pregnant or breastfeeding mothers it is not appropiate for you to detox at this point in time).
